Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Unlimited Claud (“we”, “the service”), available at unlimitedclaud.com and through our VS Code extension, collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Account data: your username and a salted, hashed password (PBKDF2-SHA256). We never store your password in clear text.
• Sign-in with Google or Discord: if you use one of these providers, we receive only your provider account identifier and display name, and whether your email is verified. We do not store your email address, profile picture or contacts, and we do not access any other Google data.
• Sessions: a random session token (stored hashed on our side, valid 30 days) so you stay signed in on the website and in VS Code.
• Premium keys: the activation status, plan and expiry of the key you enter.
• Technical data: your approximate country (from the network request) and a short hashed visitor identifier, used for rate limiting, abuse prevention and account-creation limits. We do not store your raw IP address.
• Support requests: what you write when you contact support.

Your conversations

Your chats are kept in your own browser (local storage) and, in VS Code, in the extension's memory. Messages you send are transmitted to the AI model you selected in order to generate a reply; our servers do not keep a copy of the conversation. Do not send secrets or personal data you do not want processed by an AI model.

How we use data

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To provide the chat, the models and the VS Code agent, and to apply plan limits.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
• To notify our team about new accounts (username, country and hashed visitor identifier only, never your password).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is processed by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) to host the service and run the models, and by Discord for internal team notifications. We may disclose data if required by law.

Retention and your rights

Account data is kept while your account exists; sessions expire after 30 days; VS Code pairing requests expire after 10 minutes. You can sign out at any time, which deletes the session. To access, correct or delete your data, contact us through the Support Center on the website or our Discord server.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are stored hashed, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13.

We may update this policy; the date above will change when we do.
